Lately I have been hearing a grinding noise coming from my rear left rotor / caliper. It only happens when I am coming to a stop (5 MPH and under). I checked the pads recently and they are fine. I have slotted/cross drilled rotors and i though maybe a rock was stuck in one of the cross drills but there wasn't.

Has anyone experienced this? I don't think it's anything major but the sound is sort of annoying. I would turn up my radio (if it worked!) to block it out but I have no sound coming out of the speakers and everything else works fine. But thats another issue all together. (perhaps some help with that issue too???)
