Swaping Spark Plugs?
Swaping Spark Plugs?
I know mazda recommends using the NGK Iridium plugs for the Renesis. But I was curious if Non-resistor Silver tiped plugs would work with the same heat index as madza has used? I mean silver is a better conductor. I can't see spending 40 a plug. I will be one peeved fella if I spend that and they foul.
there are rotary-specific designed plugs, and your normal prong and electrode type plug (for use in a piston engine) don't work.
there aren't any plugs other than the NGK design (i've never heard of another company making rotary plugs).
if they foul, clean them. there's no gapping to be had, and unless you drive like a madman on a heavily modified engine, you'd have a hard time wearing these iridiums out.
...oh, and next time, please search.
thanks.
