Please help, car lost power.

My car has lost alot of power as well as it idles really bad as well as it takes a horible long time to start it just keeps cranking and then finally it turns over i just replace the coils, plugs, and plug wires, and still same error presumes as well i have a rear o2 sensor. as well as this is the big problem i dont know why it sounds like this when im driving aggresive http://www.youtube.com/user/LTBrownco8

What year? how many km's on your car?
Have you checked your cat converter? Cleaned your air filter and MAF sensor?

check the cat. Probably clogged.
If it's fine, then you probably have low compression...
Could be other things, but there are a lot of issues that cause these types of symptoms, and it's difficult to diagnose over the internet.

But yeah, like others said, check your cat. If it glows red hot after a run, it's probably clogged. If not, your engine could be toast.
