Aftermarket Sunroof/Moonroof

I own a base model and thought about installing an aftermarket sunroof/moonroof. However two things are bothering me. Will installing it affect the stiffness/handling of the car by cutting out a big piece of the roof I wonder if this would cause the roof to flex in hard turns etc. and two do all sunroof/moonroofs eventually leak? Just wondering if they're really worth it in the end. Any input is appreciated thanks.

Don't do it... it will compromise the structural integrity of the car as the roof was not constructed with a moonroof in mind. Braces will have to be cut.

Have a sunroof or auto glass shop do it for you.

You can't add an aftermarket sunroof.
You can cut your roof and add one from a sunroof equipped rx8.
Our sunroofs aren't straight, the roof has 2 curves for aerodynamical purposes, no flat aftermarket sunroof will match.
