Hey So i was just wondering if it was at all possible to tint your side markers with like the same stuff that you use to do the back tail lights ? Im just curious if tinting the orange would look good or not cus I just am not liking the orange any more it looks funny so if someone has done it or has expierence with this sort of thing just lemme know !

Is it illegal to tint the side markers? You could do clear corners, but not tint.

ok wait...is it illegal to have white light colors? instead of orange? i live in Michigan and have been driving with white/blue side lights, no issues yet...looks bad as hell.

 

So I tinted mine the other day with some $10 dollar tint from Autozone. I figured if I use film and I get a fixit ticket it would be an easy fix =D
The film I bought was a 5% VLT
I covered the back cuz I figured that way none of the orange or white would show for sure. If you look up really close you can see the extra film on the backside (closest to wheel well) fold just slightly on the car itself. I will post some pictures once I wash my car.
