most likely a MS Looking kit.. not the real thing. If you want the kit go for the real thing.

Agreed. Buy a cheap kit, get fiberglass or worse... badly fitting fiberglass. No thanks. I, #1 perfer plastic and #2 must have a factory-like fit. If you can pass on those two things, by all means buy the kit... if you can't... save up those pennies for the real deal.

I have just had my MS kit fitted to my W/Blue. I searched everywhere for the best deal. A lot of MS Style kits out there for less, but as already said, made from fibreglass, also they are MS Style so NOT the same.
If you want to see how mine came out check out this thread

yeah... i don't think you'll be able to find a cheap genuine MS kit, your best bet is a replica kit. I heard the rotary extreme kit fits on pretty nice.

anthony your car looks awesome!

i'd imagine the MS kit is as strong as stock, it's definately not fiberglass.

HEY UCF!! ANyone else from O-town? I'll be not only in the states, but in O-town on vacation from the end of next week. Sorry I don't have an 8 yet, and wouldn't have it there if I did... but I'll bring my father's and my project 'Stang. Anyway... I'd love to meet up and check out everyone's cars and mods. I really want to hear the cat-backs in person. :D

Definitely not fibre glass - not trying to put down buying replica kits, but if you are will ing to pay for an RX8 in the first place why settle for second best on your kit?
The pictures on some websites I have seen are of the MS kit, although they claim they are of the replica. Would be nevous buying a kit that they don't show pic of, just my view. If it is good then definitely go for it - I have not stopped grinning since it went on

Really like your kit and looks VERY good on the black, but personally I prefer the MS front bumper.
I think it is because I prefer a black grill, can you choose on the MS style kit? Would love to know what a black grill on a black kit would look like - very mean I think :D

anthony, that kit looks great everytime i see pics of it man. also remember, mazda covers under warranty any MS aftermarket products including bodykits. if you want the MS bodykits, go for the best RX8FanMan. worth every penny if you do it.

The silver mesh was a personal preference, you can either paint the grill what ever color you want or don't install one at all.
