have a problem with the driver door ,it wont release from the middle claspe the back door releases but wont release from the middle one. since the door wont open cant fully take the door panel off any ideas of how to open the door without forsing it, already tried unlocking from the cable. would appreciate any help.

 

Search (look at similar threads down at the bottom), this has been discussed many times. The spring in the latch assembly fails. You can take off the panel without opening the door but it is a bitch. You need to replace the door latch assembly. Do not try and force it.

 

yea your right it is a bitch, but will give a whirl and thanks.

 

all fixed thanks, have to say found a quicker way to cut through the actuator ,I heat up a hook tool with a torch and it cut through like butter, took about 5 minutes to do, just wanted to say thanks.

 

Not sure what you did exactly but I am glad you got it open It was a total pain in the ***.
