Got a rental car from the dealership
My car is on the dealership, they are going to put a new engine. They told me that will take like 3 weeks, when I asked for a loaner or rental car they told me that they can't give me a car. I ask for the manager of the dealership and he approved a rental car for only 1 day. Then I call Mazda Customer Assistance Representatives (1-800-222-5500) and they approved a rental car for the time that will take to fix my car.
So if anyone is in the same situation call Customer Assistance and they are going to help you.

Yeah they gave me one on my first replacement and then tried top deny me one on my second. I laughed at first, and then got angry and reminded them of that and it was approved. Dealerships are full of **** for the most part and will take advantage when they can.

call MNAO whenever you run into a problem at the dealer... they are much easier to deal with and will personally call the dealer and put you on hold while doing so. Dealer tried to deny a tranny output seal for warranty, called mnao and took him 10 min to say the dealership should not be charging you, if any more problems arise here is a case and extension number.
