PCM/ECU Warranty eligibility

Hey yall,

Did some googling and couldn't turn over anything of interest. Has anyone gotten their PCM replaced, and if so what were the qualifications to do so?

Well the car runs perfect, but I'm still having soo many issues with this fuel thing. If the car sits, the fuel looks like its falling (but there is no odor of fuel outside the car), and the consumption is just *****....Just seeing if the PCM could just not know what numbers are appropriate.
