gauge pods...opinions on best location and places to buy from

Just like the title says, I'm looking to do the NA gauge setup (water temp, oil temp, and oil pressure).

I see that Racing Beat has a gauge pod that goes in place of the ashtray and I've seen some Japanese company that makes a pod that goes up on your dash where the Nav screen hood is, but that's it. What else is out there?

Thanks for your time.

it really comes down to preference.
For N/A, I find that having them up on the dash isn't all that valuable since you don't need to monitor the temps all THAT often. IF you were FI and you were constantly monitoring AFR, boost, or fuel pressure then YES, the RB pod wouldn't be ideal since you have to look down but for N/A....

I might be a bit bias but I still think this is super sexy (and functional for an N/A car)

I'm leaning that way! $115 is pricey after you add in the cost of the gauges and the adapters and shipping. By the way, your gauge cluster is sweet looking!

Ultimately it comes down to personal preference and what you are comfortable spending.

I like the single or dual vent pods that block8head makes. Although I guess you want 3, unless you use a multiguage like PLX which is what I intend on doing. One guage to show everything. mazurfer did this here;
