I recently noticed two small rust spots on the rear door sills as outlined in this thread https://www.rx8club.com/canada-forum-35/rust-spots-inside-rear-door-frames-75876/

I've contacted Mazda stating that it's a known problem and asked could it be fixed under warranty. They replied saying that "we have no report on such cases" and it wouldn't be eligible for repair under warranty as it was outside the 36 month cover period.

The thread I linked to has a TSB relating to the problem, which I'd like to send them, but the link is broken. Anybody know if I could find the TSB anywhere else? Also, has anybody any advice on the best way to tackle the problem if I have to DIY?
