Winter tires and rims wanted

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some winter tires and rims for my 2010 RX8. I want to try driving to the mountains and I have read that the stock tires are not safe in adverse weather conditions. I am on a budget but if someone has a set of serviceable tires and rims that fit my car I am very interested.

I live in the San Francisco Bay area...
