I thought the R3's only came with a spoiler and the GT, etc. had a lip spoiler? All of my searching comes up with pics of 04-08 spoilers. Can you guy confirm?

 

In the U.S., Series II manual transmission cars came with lips spoilers, except the R3. Which had the wing spoiler. Automatic RX-8 can be optioned or have added the same wing spoiler as the R3.

The Series II wing spoiler is different than Series I wing spoilers.

 

Thanks, someone is selling one off of an Auto 2009 and I was wondering if it was the same as the R3 spoiler. I swapped trunks to remove the one on my 2004 because I grew tired of it, but I wonder how this one would look on an 04'.

 

I have a trunk lid and spoiler from an 09' R3. They are red and came off of a wrecked car. Both will need paint and a little bodywork, but overall are in good condition.
