I don't know who all of you are that helped convince me that the rotary powered 8 was the car for me, so I figured I'd thank you all. Sifting through this forum for at least 2 months before I even test drove an 8 helped give me insight that this was the best bang for my buck regardless of the possible engine issues. As far as I see it all engines have issues or something else that can be very bad upon release of a new car. (Toyota brake check?) Anyways, thanks for helping me make up my mind and I am glad to be apart of the smaller world of the Rotary!

your welcome and pics or it didnt happen lol. Just keep in mind too there are thousands of rx 8 drivers that go the life of the car without issues. Like take coils for instance, mine are running strong (tested) at 60K miles.
