We have extra shop space that we would like to rent, ideally year-round for someone that wants a place to store and work on their car(s). Perfect for a race team. We have tentatively arranged trailer storage across the street.
The space is 12ft X 40ft and has electric and air lines installed.

There are good support services in the immediate buildings including a car parts store, alignment machine, body shops, other racers, aluminum welding, machine shop etc.

Also, we'll be pleased to offer our services at deep discounts plus lots of free help.

If you just want winter storage, we'll consider it.
