im looking for the black plastic under the passenger fender.

wheel well .

got into an accident and it was lost. need a new one. if it has the lil plugs to hold em in great if not its still cool .

i dont want the water running up into the hid's

 

You're talking about the black plastic splash shield that runs from the wheel well to the bottom of the front bumper right? If I were you I'd just go with an aftermarket one. I see some online for $50 shipped. I doubt it'll make a difference from an OEM shield since we're talking about a plastic covering...unless you find someone with a used one who can send it to you for less than that..
