I thought the authentic had black down along the bottom of the bumper and the replicas normally ended up painted one solid color?
Idk maybe someone else can chime in
EDIT: I actually see that the scuff kinda looks black underneath so you easily could have painted it

it's actually a dark gray, not black, but yes the authentic ms bumper comes with that dark gray along the bottom (just those 2 little flare things). however, i for one, have an authentic and paid my shop to paint them all black (and side skirts too) b/c i personally didn't want 2 colors on the outside. no clue about this guy though...
