Just a heads up for anyone installing coilovers, I wanted to stress the importance of a 0 preload on the springs (especially rear). Sometimes when you get your coilovers, they tighten them pretty good from the factory, but usually, they overtighten so things dont move around during shipping. I recently installed some GR+ on my car, and for the past week I have been hearing some clinking and clanking when i drove over some small bumps. I jacked up my car tonite, and realized that i had a tad too much preload on the springs (i was able to twist the springs, but a little more effort than 0 preload). I simply undid the perches for the spring, and brought it down till the spring was fully loose. I then tightened the spring perch till it touched the spring, and kept going until the top of the spring touched the top of the assembly. Now, this allowed me not only to spin the spring with no force, but also gave some wiggle room (just a tad wiggle). This ensured me that i had 0 preload on these springs. After tightening the perches, I double checked both sides. I had wiggle, with good spin. I lowered the car back down and took it for a spin. Went around town and hit some bumps, no noise!

Again, this only is a tip for those who havn't done corner balancing since usually when you corner balance they will adjust some preload at corners. But remember, touch the perch to the spring, and then tighten ever so slightly so that the spring sits good, has some wiggle, and can spin free.
