TX Can't decide what to get...

I have done nothing to my car but I have only had it for two months now. Regardless of the fact that I told my self that I wouldn't do it, I want an nice exhaust. The other option and in similar price range is a radar detector. After peddling over the wants/needs aspect of this delima I decided to ask this lame question to you...

Which one?

Passport 9500xi

OR

Racing Beat Dual Tip Cat-back

Yeah, I would love to see more pictures of this one, too. It looks like it's also black like mine (although I can't tell if it's an R3 or not--mine isn't). I'm having a tough time deciding if I like the twin tips or not. I do wish the RB exhaust weren't heavier than stock, though, even if it is only a few pounds. Right now it's the only choice for an aftermarket cat-back for the Series II, I think.

Not an R3 but a 2010 GT. Let me find some snaps.

I can't seem to find a pic of the rear on the ground for some reason but it looks clean.

Valentine 1 is way too sensitive, plus it has SOO many false alarms... the passport 9500xi has gps which eliminates false alarms... SOO much better than V1

What he said!

I figure that I will most likely get a ticket eventually... This is money wasted, as is the $500 for a detector, but if I have a detector it might avoid wasting money to the man! Plus I get something shiny out of it...

My friend has had one since 03'ish and says the same thing. However it has become out dated from what I understand. I'm not saying it isn't a good product but this is apparently the new hottness.

Niether. A cat-back won't gain you much and I've always been skeptical about radar detectors (no way to detect a laser the way cops today use them). I'd keep searching for more worthwhile mods. Does the BHR ignition upgrade work on the S2's?

Yeah, my exhaust is probably my favorite mod.

I'm fully aware of the negligible increases seen by an exhaust system. The car is so quiet I would like a little something.
