Hello from australia guys. I just brought an 05 model auto rx8 a couple months ago and I love it so much, and I just discovered this website.

My current mods are:

K&N pod
18" chromies (can't remember the brand)
underbody kit
Hi clone
2.5" exhaust.

Now what I really want to know is how do i get it to sound good. I put the new exhaust on it expecting it to sound tough but it doesn't what size cams are you guys running that make it idle awesome?

Why would any of you bother replying to this thread to torment a newbie? This forum only exists because of the contribution of its members. We were all new at some point, newbies can grow into valuable contributors. There are really only a few posters with decent knowledge on this entire form, chasing people away is not going to improve the quality of the forum. If you don't like a question, you don't need to answer it.

rx8 power: The RX-8 clearly doesn't have cams because it has a rotary engine. Sound is somewhat subjective, but I'd suggest looking around for videos/sound clips of RX-8s that sound the way you desire.
