How long before you Autocrossed?

How long before you Autocrossed?

I've just hit 1500 miles on the new 8 and would love to autocross it as I did with my RX-7. How long did you all wait before taking it out onto the track?

Just out of break in. Autox, and then track time

I would have hit autox the day after I bought it, but didn't want to push her hard with on a hundred miles on her.

Car was 8 days old and had about 1400km on it (got the oil changed at 1000km when it was 5 days old) and I took it to the Canadian Eastern Regionals 2-day Solo2 event...
