AC-Radio not working

I just bought an 04 and someone had put an aftermarket radio in the car. So here is the issues. They put the factory radio back in and it does not work. The climate controls also do not work, no lights only the fan control actually functions, hazard control does not work. I did a search but did not seem to find anything. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I hate to be a pest here, but if anyone has any ideas please let me know. I pulled the radio last night and all the connections in the back looked alright. The fan control **** works, but non the the lights in the center dash come one and the temp **** does not seem to function as well as the AC and mode control ****. Is there another place I should look besides just behind the radio?

if the front face (the black plastic part) is pulled slightly away nothing will work, make sure he did not pull it loose

The face to the radio? Or the face of the dash?

the face of the radio... some people had to push hard on the radio and it started working again. theres a thread on this someplace if you go on a little search.
