Coolant light when revving to redline at a stand still.

Car is a 2004 GT MT with 47k miles, stock.

I let the car sit for almost two weeks and decided to take it around the neighborhood tonight. After a 15 minute drive, I revved to ~8000-8800 RPM a few times at a redlight just for the hell of it. I noticed the last 2 times I blipped the throttle, the coolant light level light came on when I was nearing redline and turned off once I was out of the 8000+ range. My coolant is full also, the temperature is around 50 degrees tonight and I was driving conservatively throughout the 15 minute drive shifting ~4k rpm with medium throttle.

What could be the issue if there is an issue?

You're kidding right?

Well.....in case you aren't.......look at the bottom of this page, but I'll go ahead and tell you that it is most likely your sensor going out.
You could add a little coolant and see if it helps, but probably won't.............and it get will worse.

Add/top off the coolant again. Don't forget to burp the air out.
