Level10 Torque Converter Upgrade

I emailed Level 10 last week about getting some info on their Torque Converters and what the stall rate is. It appears to be built to your specs. They sent me this list below to fill out and send back to them and they would take it and determine what is needed for your application. Can someone here tell me how to find out the following info -the Trans Control unit#, ECU# and Trans ID #? I have 2005 AT 4spd. I figure if we want the highest stall possible we need to put something like Drag/Track Use under vehicle usage, any thoughts from anyone out there?

I have the Level Ten Performance Transmision and upgraded Torque Conveter. Call them up and i am sure they would tell you what stall speed they used in my car. I forgot off the top of my head.

When I asked about the stall in my initial email they told me they would take the info I filled out on this and determine what my stall should be for the new torque converter . Would you have some time to check your stall to see what you are getting? Also did you have to provide the trans control unit #? Where do I find that?

Level Ten is 5 minutes away from my house. They had my car at there shop so i did not need to provide the trans control unit number. What is the stock stall speed?

The stock stall is 2200 or 2250, right in that area. I would like to see AT LEAST 3K or higher on a new/high performance converter.

Well my tranmission went so it was either rebuild to stock specs or upgrade. So i upgraded and it was only alittle over 1k more to upgrade then to go back to stock.

It is an auto so there wouldn't be a trans ratio. The final is 4.44, same as the manual trans cars.

Thanks, looks like the new converter is about $900 new. Invasion are your shift points the same on the new transmission as stock or did they change?

There are gear ratios in the 4AT. Are you referring to the gear ratios of gears 1 through 4, or something else?

I filled out the spec sheet and emailed it to them and haven't seen anything back. I'll try to follow up with them today and see what they say.

i thought the MT gears were

6th - 0.843 * 4.444 = 3.74629

do you mean the 09 rx8s?
