i have a 2004 w/9spkr bose front spkrs in door sometimes work sometimes they come on and volume increases maybe up to outside levels stays on then goes off no warning coming onor off
bose says need a new head any other ideas thanx

Sounds like it is the Audio Pilot. There is a small microphone that will adjust the volume depending on the amount of sound it is sensing. Try disabling Audio Pilot

 

thanx i tried that there was a small difference but the front door spkrs still didn't go on or off
