Toyota "Terrorizes" Consumers With Creepy E-mail Campaign, Faces Lawsuit
If you thought someone was stalking you, wouldn't you want to buy a Toyota Matrix?
A bizarre "terror marketing campaign" for the vehicle, produced by Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles and creative studio Mekanism, harassed consumers via personalized e-mails. One target is taking Toyota to court.

The first link contains the video guys. After watching the video I was like wtf, toyota deserves to be punished. Without watching the video I assumed it was another crazy law suit (which it is, but I think she has some point).
This suit is ridiculous to me. Yes, it was a poorly thought out marketing campaign. And yes, it did cause this woman distress for a week. But I fail to see any civil laws being broken by Toyota. Plus, why does this woman believe she is entitled to $10 million? She didn't lose her job or make a life altering decision based on the emails.

man think about it (i hate stupid lawsuits too) but what if she has had bad experiences in the past this would not only scare the **** outa her but also possible bring back old problems and issues (i dont know her story) but toyota made a huge mistake with this and the ad guy should be sacked and yes 10m a little too much but she deserves something (i live with someone who is a little paranoid coz of a recent situation and i can tell you now she would be suing for WAY more maybe not monetary but she would try to bury toyota if this happened just coz of the past)
Hold on now, you're talking logic and common sense here, those are dangerous ideas man.
