Only air compressor I can think of is the tire too air compressor but that does not really come in a custom made box. Thats plastic

The one I am talking about looks, on the outside, like those custom boxes made for speakers, same material but of course had a latch and top that opens.

 

are you talking about the one that houses the jack and the wrench for the wheel lug nuts?

No not that one, thats the tire tool box, That one is made of plastic.
This one goes under the trunk lid, somehow screwed there

Made from the same material as those sub speaker boxes, custom speaker boxes
Guess its made of wood?

It has a latch so I am figuring its for storing stuff.
Some has to have one to tel me how it is made, installed etc

 

I have seen a thread on here where someone made one...do a little searching and you should find it

chris had this on his car at the dragon, its definitely a custom built piece and not gonna be on any stock rx8. shouldnt be too hard to make though if you know a decent shop around
