Well, anyone have a broken accessport with a working dongle they would like to sell? For some reason my dongle is missing, I have the actual accessport, but cannot connect it to my OBD II, so I'm looking for anyone that is either selling one or can lead me in a direction to get another. thanks all..

 

Im going to assume that you already contacted Cobb and they told you to pound salt. So next Id hit up Jeff, MazdaManiac. He probably has some mad connections over there and might be able to order you something. If you don't get a response from Jeff I would try hitting up Kane as I think he has started doing AP tunes and might have the same sort of connection at Cobb.

 

I haven't yet, gotta wait until monday.. gah.. I'm kinda pissed. I had put the AP in the back seat. I can only assume that the dongle end fell outside or something, as i've looked everywhere, I can still use the headpeice and upload maps to it.. but there is no real use to that, if I can't upload the maps to my car right?

 

Hey bro my dongle broke while i was messing wit it in my car... anyways i called cobb and ordered a new dongle from them..it cost $90 with shipping and arrived in 3 days... just letting u know...they sell all the parts to the accessport but u have to call them up and order over the phone...

 

Oh awsome! I was freaking out that I just had a 700 dollar paperweight.. lol.. i'll have to call them monday.

 

... Well, all is good.. I got my dongle back.. lol. I gave my friends trashed girl a ride home.
She grabbed the dongle while sitting in the dark back seat thinking it was her pack of cigarettes and put it in her pocketbook.. lol. She gave it back to me a few days later.
