... you cross a Wankel rotary engine with a Dyson ball. Weird. Click on the video animation. I'm not sure how strong it would be or even how stoned you'd have to be to think this weirdness up, but it's definitely unique. I do see alot of rotary aspects to it including some fundamental rotary disadvantages.
