How can it flood out if you don't start it? 0_o

Get a new starter and a new battery and new plugs and new coils, and don't shut it down cold.

Yeah... no reason to start the car everyday to prevent a flooded engine.
Tubingchamp pretty much summed it up.

Next time you are going to let your 8 sit for long periods of time without starting go to walmart and buy a battery mainter/tender. It is like 25-30 bucks and it will keep your battery charged. Never turn off your 8 off when the engine is still cold.

If you put the pedal to the floor it cuts off the gas supply to the engine. Sounds like your engine is flooded. I would buy some new plugs and look on the rx8club for a deflood DIY.

Dude, did you unflood it? 0_o

That's how you get your car started when it's flooded (pedal to the floor and/or push starting).

You need to get it deflooded ASAP.

you really dont know what you are talking about. you cannot start the car with the pedal to the floor.
