For Sale Just Powder Coated 16x8 FD Wheels

Hi,
I have a set of 4 JUST powder coated 16x8 w/50et. RX-7 FD wheels they weigh 15lbs. ( You will fill the weight reduction, I did. ) for sale. Powder Coating will not chip like paint will; the center caps are painted to match. This is my 2nd. set so I thought I would try the black wheel thing. I don't care for them in black, so they are for sale. I had a set of Kumho Ecsta MX 225/50R16's mounted on them. Since I just paid $200.00 for the powder coating, I'm asking $375.00 OBO plus shipping from Mesa, AZ. 85203. Just thought someone would like a set for Solo, winter wheels or ?. 16" tires are cheeper. I know there not the best looking wheels on the market, but they are light, cheep and no issues with them.

Thanks for looking,
Randy & Meg

16" rims will not fit on the front of any rx8 except the base model 4 port auto.

they will fit the rear of any rx8 just fine. and i think i know what my new drag rims will be. 15lbs you say? sexxx.

Kersh4w & Cfm251,
I sincerly apologize to you and all others on this site. I did not know that the brake caliber needed to be "shave" or they would rub on this wheel/s. I mounted them on our MX-5. I know the susp. is the same on both the RX-8 & MX-5. But I guess the brakes must be a bit larger on the 8. We sold the 8 when gas prices started going up. I DO know that the RX-8 wheels we had weigh in at 21.5lbs. and these wheels weight 15lbs. on the same USPS scale.

Again I'm truley Sorry!

Chrism, Thanks for the info / help.

I have gotten a PM about the wheels and the price does not include any tires or sensors. Also as for any issues there are none. There was some curbage on 1 or 2 wheels but it was cleaned up before they where coated. (one wheel set had two wheels curb and one set had one wheel curb.) The only issue is I will need to find some wheel boxs to ship in.

Thanks,
Randy

Swoop,
Yea.... I know, maybe I need to be sent to the wood shed & . Will you ever forgive me?
I know that the base model has 16x7.5" wheels. I didn't even think there would be an issue. Shows what I know.

Have any idea how much work needs to be done to have these fit?
