What midpipe/hiflo are you guys running?? I'm asking because i'm thinkin' of having a racepipe on the side for certain occations (i.e. Dyno session, track etc) I know Agency's midpipe is a go - but mazsport's dual resonated pipe wasn't...that is til some adjustments...basically i'm asking what midpipe's fit our cars...and which one's do not...

Midpipe = cops are going to be gunning for you. Listen to Twinkie's car, that thing is loud and will most likely attract unwanted attention.

I say get the RP and save yourself the hastle of swapping back and forth for dyno / track days. you get the best of both worlds

One of our local club members posted a video of me running at the track a couple weeks ago. I have the RP Supercat and Mazdaspeed dual muffler exhaust. You can hear the exhaust at some points.

I finally heard my exhaust this weekend as my friend drove it while I was in another car...that made me laugh so hard to hear the little whiz

If you listen, you can hear me get on the gas a bit after I come through that little kink before I brake for the tight right turn. 120 degrees or so and off-camber, a lovely turn...

 

as long as you keep it below 4k...its nice and quiet coming out of the RB Rev8...heh

I'm running the RP Supercat with the RB Race exhaust, under 4K it's nice and deep tone, great sound, not too loud, over 4K it will scream which I don't mind I like it loud! Now that it's not my daily driver I wish I got the dual resonated mazsport midpipe but I can now add that to the wish list.
