I have posted the kit that I customed before. I have asked a company to make them in polyurethane material for me and after months of waiting. The kit is finally ready. The front lip is a modified version of the burnout 2 lip, sides and rear caps are mod from Ings'. I tested fitted the front lip and side skirts, and the fitment is 100% perfect. The picture showed a front lip only held on with double side tape and no screws. The sides skirts is only held on by the doors at the door jam, no tape, no screws. Now I just got to find the time to fit the PU rear caps.

Couldn't wait to get it painted and installed.

Thats a way to mod the Burnout 2 lip but I dont get the same impact as I do from the(non blended look) of the original lip... great job though always good to see someone doing somethin new and exciting....

Yeah, I'm hoping to test the rear caps this weekend. It was getting late after fitting the front lip and side skirts, and didn't feel like taking off the stock rear caps. Once they test fitted ok, it's off to body shop for paint. I was more excited about finally having a POLYURETHANE kit for the RX-8 than anything else....!

 

yep, its a personal choice.
