I live in San Francisco and I would like to know if you guys know any auto shop that deals rotary engine? I want to get my tranny flush done.

Any shop can do that since it is a generic operation. You will likely pay more to have it done in a rotary-specific shop. You can even do it yourself. Just make sure that whoever does it replaces the drain plug gasket/washer.

BTW, flushes are not really necessary and might even create problems. Just drain with the tranny warmed up and refill with fresh gear oil.
