Hey, I'm new to the site. Just got an 05 rx8 manual in black. I was going through some different types of body kits and i see this "WANGAN" kit going for 1,600. Though, as i look more in to it I can't find any private owned rx8's wearing this kit so I'm wondering is it some kind of scam or legit?

Well i've never seen that kit before, or even herd of WANGAN. But I must say, It does look pretty good.

 

Looks like it uses the stock fogs too...This is a great looking front bumper (minus fitment issues). Get it and tell us how it is! I maybe in the market for new bumper...

I want to see the rear. The lower lip on the bumper is what I have been looking for the 8. Also is does not have the big squared off sides on the front bumper like so many kits for the 8.

what kit are you thinking about? the design is simple and you can see elements from a few kits but then again you can say that about several "original design" kits.

It's a Neo Design bodykit, Wangan is just what they call it.

 

looks pretty clean. i like it. for a second i though they had fenders flares. haha. darn painted white.

 

fitment above the clear corner does not look good. surprised they would put a pic like that on their website advertising the kit. not digging the rear either but I bet it would look much better black.

wow good searchin skillz, wow around 2 yrs and not a single 8 has it??? i wonder why not many people seem to like it in both threads...

 

i knew it was posted about.....apparently its a german kit and didnt sell well...sold only overseas and was never shipped...i assume its now defunct like a few other kit makers

Wangan sounds like a chinese porno movie.

But the kit looks pretty good, not sure about the whole 2 tone deal they got going with the black one, but the white ones pretty sexy.
