Wangan is a series of highways in Japan famous for once being used by the Midnight Club for street racing. Midnight Club is gone, disbanded after they were attacked by the Bosozoku (biker gangs), but people still use the highway to test their tuned cars. RE-Amemiya's Amemiya-san himself is known to have tuned his white RX-8 there.
