Squeaking Sound under 25 mph
Squeaking Sound under 25 mph
Hi Everyone,
I've been having a problem with a wheel squeak, and I can't really tell which one as it happens when going under 25 mph. I've noticed it especially since I changed my brakes recently, but it happens when its rolling. any thoughts? i have 23,000 miles on a '05
Thanks!

I had a squeak when I hit the brakes or went over a bump at low speeds. Then the lower control arm broke. Check for cracks around were the alignment adjusters are.
There is also a TSB out for the swaybar endlinks.

it's probably your brakes. it started AFTER you changed your brakes. did you apply any kind of lube on all the contact points of the brakes? does the sound change with the speed of the wheels?
no lube on brakes, and the sound/squeal does get "faster" (get most consistent)as i go faster.
