has anyone test driven an R3?

how does it handle/drive/accelerate compared to an older gen RX8? compared to 40th anniv.?

I'm wondering if the R3 will really be any faster/better handling than a shinia/40th anniv or an older RX8 with shocks/springs - and maybe it's just the add on flash stuff and hype?

I have and it would be a great track car with the buckets and stiff springs.

 

I'm still trying to find out if the Recaro's give you any more headroom over the stock seats...

 

Probably like 1/2 inch or so ?

But I dont know, Im kinda used to my Seats. I might switch if they have it somewhere cheap (like from a wrecked rx-8 r3)

 

You'll have to fight something like half the board, including me, for those seats.
