Well to OP, you could've use the time u spent to make this post to find the answers by looking around. Stop asking people to do homework for you. Its your car. not ours.
if there is standing water in them, its covered under warranty. If you have no warranty, theres a DIY on how to take them apart and reseal them.
If you don't want to do that, drill a small hole in the base of the light and let it drain.
