Has anyone installed an original JDM Autoexe SE03 Front nose....

How was the fitment...

How much work did it take to make it fit??

Its still really new it only debut' this year usually would see them in japan befor the state, usually take someone to take the plunge and then others jump on in,,,, you could be the 'plunger'
you might want to peruse the SuperAutobacs thread in the photogallery section and see if it pops up,,, that thread is chok full of photos from Jap-meets

I did installed on my 8 yesterday. Couple stuff needs to be remove in order to fit perfect. I did took some photo while installed it. Fitment is perfect dead on! Even fits perfect with my front mount intercooler. Bumper foam must be remove, fender plastic removed, oil cooler duct removed and some small plastic part. Mesh net must be install or else will show the bumper enforcement.
At same time just put in a JDM engine with 1000KM on it.

Here's mine. I customized strakes for the huge side vents cause I didn't really like the gaps.

The fit was perfect by the way, no work needed to be done cept for the custom strakes

Acoustix, that kit looks excellent, and your mods really make it stand out! Congrats!! What it really reminds me of is the Audi R8, which is an awesome looking car and like your 8, esp. from the front.

Did you make the strakes yourself of did you have a shop do it?

Thanks for the kind words. I had a bodyshop do the R8-wannabe strakes. Brainstormed to find the best way to fill up the vents nicely. I must say it looks good only because the bodyshop guys were fabulous! Excellent workmanship

IMO, no impact at all. It's just three thin slabs of painted acrylic across the oil coolers. The holes of the side vents are huuuuge
