Coat hanger and some tape.. apply tape to end of straightened coat hanger leaving some sticky side out... go fishing.

-take off the two nuts holding the taillight to the car (10 mm nuts)
-unplug the connectors from the socket (total of 3)
-unplug the connector to the rear led parking light
-pull taillight assembly straight out. (note: there is a tab holding it to the car near the reverse or turn signal section)

now you can move it around, turn it upside down, and get the bulb out.
