There's a shop called Ralph, John & Son's Auto, Inc. in Bay Ridge Brooklyn (a few blocks from where I live). Quite a reputable shop around the area. It is on 65th street and 13th avenue if i recall correctly. Right off the 6th ave BQE exit.

My mom's worker's husband is one of their master mechanics over at their new 2nd shop a block away on 65th and 14th ave. I pretty sure the dyno and custom shop is the one located on 13th ave. They specialize in hot rods but they also offer dyno's. I would shoot them an email. Heres their site.

Sky Performance which specialized in japanese imports is located next to Ralph, John and Son's 2nd shop. I'm not sure if they offer dyno's but I've seen 2 Turbo II RX7's on their lot (also other imports like Integras, 240, 300zx, Eclipse, etc). A RX7 enthusiast that lives in my area said Sky Performance offer insanely high prices for parts and service though. Just stop by and take a look at their shop if you want. I walked in last time to see what parts they had.

There is also a bad *** Skyline R33 GT-R in Bay Ridge that gets it's work done in long island. Pretty sure they offer dyno's.
