have any of you had problems with the brand m by mazda accessories department.I have been trying since feb. to get my money back.
It took me a month to get a r/a number from them.they had sent a partial order, then charged me for everything even the things I did not recieve they then made another charge on my credit card, I never recieved anything from that charge, I have no idea what that charge was for.
I am at wits end,I think I have tried everything possible to rectify this dam mess with no luck. help. mike r

 

Contact your local BBB, Your local police department non emergency number can probably provide you with more people you could call.

Your credit card company can also do a chargeback if you dispute the charge

 

If you paid with a credit card then you're most likey safe. Contact your card company and explain the situation. You should have the money back anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks.

Never heard of them either. Contact your CC company immediately to dispute the charges. They will work to get it back - just hope it's not an international scammer.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's just Mazda branded clothing, right? I've gotten free T-shirts and hats from my dealership, the tags say "Brand M".

So Mazda's clothing line customer service is lacking a bit, too?

 

Brand m by mazda is the offical accessories site for mazda. they sell more then clothes, I had ordered a journal, I was charged for it but it never arrived. also a drinking tumbler and a ball point pen. those were sent back after the month it took me to get a return no.another charge is shown on my credit card statement from them, I have no idea what that could be for. thanks all for attempting to help. mike r
