E-Manage Ultimate: Differences between euro and us harnesses

Hi,
Do you know what differences there are with these two models? I have the us harness and it fits straight in to my car (I live in Finland). I know that theres some wiring that differs but does anyone know what it is? If so, could it be made to fit my car?
