I went to dealer and they asked me around 5K for whole MS body kit?

Is it good deal??

Anybody with OEM MS whole kit? Including spoiler?

How much you guys paid for it?

if it's the whole kit with the MS wing and installed.. 5k is high. They must be charging you a ton per hour. Ask for a price just on materials.

If you do a search you'll find lots of links for where people have purchased the kit and how much they paid.

 

Also Www.onlinemazdaparts.com has the entire kit for 3429.00 if you wanted to install it yourself or get another shop or friend to help. I wouldnt ever pay 5k for that whole kit plus install unless maybe it was financed with the car.

 

Freaking dealers. He said it's the best deal.
I guess 3429 dollars for painted and perfect fitment should be reasonable price.

it just means when they ship it , it will be freight charged. And usually is just so when they run specials on free shipping it excludes oversized items. This place is THE cheapest place for it so if you plan on getting an authentic kit new this is the place. PLus they have great customer service and one of the only friendly warranty dealerships around.

If you are not concerned about authentic and decide to go replica for a cheaper route you can find a guy who sells urethane replcia MS kit with better fit than any fiberglass kit for around 650 shipped entire kit. You just have to paint and maybe some minor fitting. His name is carparts255 i believe and im trying to get a discount/group buy type thing with him if enough people are interested.

 

also take in to account that if you have the stock spoiler, then you can install the front bumper and the wing in your drive way with hand tools. the sideskirts and rear are a little more involving.

My dealership quoted me around 4400 not including installation. The exact same price as mazdausa.com

Unfortunatly that site doesn't have the 06-07 galaxy gray body.

 

if you print the page from online, some dealers will bargain with you. But remember that some colors are not coming pre-painted anymore like the yellow and green. not sure if the whites come pre painted anymore. But to me its alot of $$ for a part you still gotta paint etc.

 

I'm in canada but around $4500 installed is what I have been quoted for the whole kit from the dealer.

 

that's because there is no such thing as a MS kit prepainted in Galaxy Gray. Mazda doesn't make them.

Any MS part you get for you car is going to have to come primered (you'll save money) and then painted (there goes the money you saved).

If you find any MS part in galaxy gray it's either used or replica.

 

Other then the fact that mazdausa.com has the all parts of the kit available in galaxy grey.

Last time I checked, mazdausa.com is their american official site, why would they sell something they supposedly don't make?
