your sig makes it look like you're claiming 275 tq on your rx8

Try 225 tq. Nice looking chart though. I'll bet it runs nice.

BTW it's spelled torque not tourque.

Why does your sig say 250 and 350, but the chart says 209 and 301?

Why's everyone nitpicking his sig so much?

Nice numbers, what engine management are you using?

Numbers would be nice if he wasn't using an uncorrected dyno.

I am using Interceptor-x for my engine management
Thanks guys for correcting my spelling
as for the DYNO that is Wheel horse power my sig is the calculated horse power at the crank if you cal. with about 15% power loss from the drive train.
Only thing I would tell anyone out there thinking of going Turbo don't buy the ECU from Speed force racing they are selling Powermod with their kit could not get it tuned. It kept shutting off but now with the the Interceptor-x The car is amazing. I also have an EVO which has been tuned as well, EVO guy out there may hate me for saying this but the RX8 feels faster.

Sweet, you're running an SFR kit. I don't know why, but I'm kinda partial to the kit. I guess it's cause I've been to their shop, and met them.
The only thing is, I don't see many people talking about this kit... Other than Tim from SFR creating a thread about the kit, noone else really has anything good or bad to say about it.... well, I guess the PowerMod isn't a great thing, but that isn't something they made, just provided with the kit.
What were you making with the PowerMod before the Int-X?

Quite possibly the difference.
The PowerMod doesn't really have enough control (ignition, fuel or AUX) to be used properly with FI, anyway.

Did you have any problems when you were running the PowerMod before you tried tuning it?

hey guys as for the Powermod when I first got the kit the guys at Agile Auto could not get the software to work the ECU is suppose to be pre-tuned it comes from Aulstralia. Got to tell you they suck I called them to get the software and no help Tim is a really nice guy but he was unable to help my guys from Agile Auto to properly tune the car. I take my hat off to the guy at PFS supercars in Feddrick Maryland They did a super job he says one of the problem with Powermod is it can not control the Fuel injectors so when the car is idleing the engine does not get enough gas and this is why it shuts off. I am no Mechanic so.... any comments anyone else with a Turbo.
By the way anyone thinking of putting a Turbo on their car first think twice gets very expensive but if you are going to do it get Speed force racing minus their ECU

Oh and by the way if you are in Maryland use PFS supercars. That guy does a lot of work on RX7 very familiar with the Rotary engine.
