Is she just giving up, won't start need help

it just snowed and after having a fun time i parked it. the next day i came out to find it in some deep snow. it started right up and after about 5 min of trying to get it anywhere i gave up and im just going to wait for a nicer day. i went out today to start it and it won't. she cranks and cranks i gave it gas, nothing. i can smell the gas, so its not that, does anyone know what it could be? im going to try and jump it later, any advice would be nice.

It's flooded. The easiest way to start it is to either push start it or pull start it behind another car. Pulling it is easiest. This only works on manual transmission cars.
