Airbag Blink Code 14

My airbag light seems to flash code 14 (Blink, pause, Blink, Blink, Blink, Blink)

Can someone please tell me what this means?

MIne just started doing that 2 days ago. Manuel says your air bag may not work when you get into a accident when that light flashes. time to take it to the dealer get your seat belt sensors/restraints checked

I will give that a go this evening but would like to know what code 14 actually means.
