DGRR 2008 - Registration INFO
Throughout this week, I will post more information registration for DGRR 2008.
But for now, this is what I posted on www.DealsGapRotaryRally.com
So, you need to sign up early to save BIG!!! By signing up early, you are helping me b/c....
1. I know approximately how many and who's coming to prepare and set up for the event
2. Help Nantahala Village by them know how to prepare and makes me look GOOD
3. Help others know who's coming and get them to sign up!... which helps me..
4. Help me get vendors as they know who's coming and how many

By Registering this is what you get!
1. Friday Dinner
2. Saturday Lunch
3. Saturday Dinner
4. T-shirt
5. Enter for DGRR carshow (Yes! this is Definitely GOing to happen this year!!)
6. Enter for Door prizes!!
7. Discount at the Nantahala Village (www.NVNC.com)
8. Use of Nantahala Facilities (Parking, Banquet Hall, Banquet Picnic area, etc)
9. Ability to attend Vendor Lectures.
10. To be part of Rotary History!
Pricing.. Well, Since next year will be a different from last few events... I'm going to give a shot with a tier pricing.
From Now til End of Dec 2007 - Registration will be $60 per person.
Nantahala Village will give 25% off of their Rate!!
((You might think this is HIGH but remember that this includes 3 MEALS and a Shirt! At this price, I'm NOT making a dime!!))
From Jan 1st to Feb 15th, 2008 - Registration will be $70 per person and Nantahala will give 15% Off
From Feb 16th to March 31st - Registration will be $80 per person and Nantahala will give 10% off...
From April 1st to the day of the event.. Registration will be $90 per person and NO discount on lodging.
I would say don't wait til the end (so I could make money..) But lodge might be limited...
ONLY those who register will get the Lodge discount code. Lodge discount code is specific to the individual registered rotorhead and I will periodically check with Nantahala to verify. If you didn't register and go the discount, you will AUTOMATICALLY get charged at FULL price!!
