anyone interested in this event? It's going to be an all day event. We can all hang out, have a bbq and race with each other legally. Only here you can really tell what the limit of your car is and also yourself. Here are the details.

Date: Oct. 27, 2007
Gate open at 7am - we should get there by 7am.
Race - 9am.
where: California Speedway
Cost: $20 for driver and car - spectator - $10

If enough ppl is interested we can start making a list of who is going and who will bring what for the bbq. Not a bad way to spend $20 on a Saturday

 

Hey, I might be down. I'll give you a definite answer a week before the event.

 

i can try to get the day off at work, but if we are gonna go we would have to arrive by 6:30am, no later, the first 400 cars are let in to race, i've been there once. so let me know so and we can make this happen

 

OK..I will start the List. I will bring the grill and burger. Just copy the list and include yourself and what can you bring. If we have more then 5 members interested then it's a go. If you never been to this event before, it's a much goes.

look like no one is really interested in racing their car. We'll see how many more members want to go by then.

 

Yeah, make sure you get there early. I often see them cut off the line well before the entrance time. 630 wouldn't be a bad suggestion.
There is an autocross this coming weekend as well on the 21st.
